Return & Refund Policy
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt on eligible items and must be returned in original packaging with all included documentation. A restocking fee may apply. Items not eligible for return include opened consumables (e.g., toner, ink), customized products, and leased equipment. Refunds will be processed after item inspection and approval.
